This Warranty Policy explains the protections that apply to products purchased from gerri living. It covers your statutory warranty rights as a consumer, any additional manufacturer warranty that may apply to a given product, and the steps to follow if you believe an item you purchased is defective. This policy applies to all orders shipped to the United States.

Statutory Warranty Rights

All goods sold through our store are covered by the statutory warranty for defects that applies under consumer protection law. This means that if a product you receive is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by law, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you.

Depending on the nature of the defect and the circumstances, the available remedies typically include:

  • Repair of the defective product; or
  • Replacement with a new or equivalent item; and, where the law allows,
  • A price reduction or a full refund.

These statutory rights exist independently of any manufacturer warranty and are not affected, limited, or replaced by it. They apply automatically to your purchase and require no separate registration or additional cost.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some products sold in our store carry an additional manufacturer warranty on top of the statutory warranty described above. Where this applies, the manufacturer warranty runs for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The manufacturer warranty is a voluntary commitment provided in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, your statutory consumer rights. If a product does not carry a manufacturer warranty, your statutory warranty rights still apply in full.

How to Report a Fault

If you believe a product you purchased is defective, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. To report a fault:

  1. Email us at contact@gerri-6839.shop.
  2. Describe the fault as precisely as possible, including when it appeared and how it affects the product.
  3. Include your order number so we can locate your purchase.
  4. Where possible, attach photos or video showing the defect.

Once we receive your report, we will review it and get back to you promptly to arrange the appropriate remedy.
