1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order placed through the gerri living online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time your order is placed. These Terms apply in addition to, and should be read alongside, any other policies referenced on our website, including our Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer on our part. Instead, they are an invitation for you to place an order. No contract is formed simply by browsing our catalog or adding items to your cart.
A binding order is placed once you complete the checkout process and click the order/purchase button, confirming that your cart contents, delivery address, and payment details are correct. This action constitutes a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
Receiving an automatic order confirmation (for example, by email) only confirms that we have received your order; it does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of that order. The contract of sale is only concluded once we accept your order, which we do either by sending you a separate order acceptance notification or by shipping the goods to you.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed on our product pages include statutory VAT and any other legally required price components applicable at the time of your order. Any additional shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order, so you always know the total cost before confirming your purchase.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping is provided free of charge on all orders shipped within our delivery area.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed. During checkout, you may pay using any of the following methods:

6. Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 2–4 business days to arrive, depending on your location within the United States. These are estimated timeframes and do not include any handling delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You will receive shipment confirmation once your order leaves our facility, allowing you to track its progress until delivery.
7. Retention of Title
The goods you order remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Once full payment has been received, ownership of the goods transfers to you.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. We cover the cost of return shipping, so returning an eligible item does not cost you anything.
If you would prefer a different size, color, or item rather than a refund, exchanges are available — please contact us using the details in Section 2 to arrange this.
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

9. Warranty
Your statutory warranty rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these Terms and apply in full. In addition to these statutory rights, we voluntarily provide an additional warranty period of 2 years on top of the statutory warranty. This additional warranty is a separate, voluntary commitment from us and does not replace, limit, or reduce your statutory consumer rights in any way.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about your order or believe a dispute has arisen, we encourage you to contact us first using the details in Section 2 so we can try to resolve the matter directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, either party remains free to pursue the matter through the courts or any other dispute resolution channel available under the governing law referenced below.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any individual provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
